The firm is under the leadership of our Managing Consultant, Olakunle Amos Olatubosun, working alongside associates and consultants who bring deep, complementary expertise. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Associate of the Compliance Institute of Nigeria with extensive experience in auditing, accounting and banking.

Olakunle Amos Olatubosun
Managing Consultant
BSc, FCA
Olakunle is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1991 with First Class Honours in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. He was a University Scholar.
He did his NYSC as a lecturer in Ramat Polytechnic Maiduguri, Borno State. He started his career in 1993 with Coopers and Lybrand (Chartered Accountants) as a Trainee Accountant.
He later worked in Zenith Bank, First City Merchant Bank, Oceanic Bank and Ecobank. As a senior staff in the bank, he actively participated in projects and committees including Operational Efficiency, Restructuring of Internal Control in all affiliates of Ecobank, Disciplinary Committee, Appraisal Review Committee, Branch Optimisation Team, and Project team on Common Reporting Standards.
He has been actively involved in various engagements with entities spanning Free Zone Enterprises, Professional Bodies, Microfinance Banks, Commercial Banks, FinTech, Finance Houses, HR Outsourcing, Insurance Brokers, HMOs, Energy, NGOs, Government Schools, Government MDAs, Universities, Construction Companies and more.
Akintayo Yusuf
Associate Consultant

Akintayo Yusuf is an Associate Consultant in the firm. A finance graduate from Olabisi Onabanjo University, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
He is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where he obtained his MBA in Finance in 2008. He is a consummate accountant with over 28 years of banking and audit experience.
His experience covers Banking Operations, Credit & Relationship Management, Training, Audit, Internal Control & Compliance, and Cost Management and Control. He has attended several courses on banking operations, audit and control, process improvement and more.
